News from Omoga Farm Settlement

On the 29th of June, 2024 one of our Missionaries Evangelist Titus Adedeji visited the Omoga Farm Settlement where he engaged with the communities and revealed some of the activities of the community. The lifestyle of the community and also provided some updates about the local church in Omoga Farm Settlement.

Omoga Farm Settlement is as the name goes, a farming community. Most of the people are into very basic farming. Omoga Farm Settlement comprises of 5 indigenous tribes in South West Nigeria in West Africa. It is located in Ekiti State boundaries with Kwara and Kogi States.

The Thriving Church

There is just one church in the border community. During Evangelist Titus’ visit some leaders where appointed to lead the church.

Worship.

Community Needs – Borehole Water

Evangelist Titus Adedeji also visited the only source of water in the community. There are nor streams or borehole in the community. They dig the ground and scoop water from the dug out earth.

God is able to provide borehole water for the people. Someday God will remember the community.

Education

There is no single school in the community. The children go to farm when they come of age or they just generally play away their future.

In the interview above, over 200 children are not in school because there is not a single school in Omoga Farming community.
